Megan E. Ercolani, CPA, MST, MBA
​
Megan has over 15 years of public accounting experience in both tax and auditing. Having worked for a top 8 national accounting firm, she obtained the skill set and knowledge needed to advise clients ranging from individuals to large privately held businesses.
Megan is passionate about helping her clients reach their financial goals. She will take the time to communicate and translate complex data into accessible information so you can make better, more informed financial decisions. She will be by her client's side every step of the way. Her value added approach makes Megan your South Coast CPA!

Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She also has a Masters in Taxation from Northeastern University.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of CPAs and National Society of Accountants.
Edward F. Iacaponi
​
Ed worked in local government as an auditor/accountant and at Bank of Boston for many years. He then became the CFO and Treasurer for the Town of Dartmouth where he retired in 2010 after 18 years of service.
​
During his career, he started his own tax and accounting firm in the early 1970s and has provided individual and business tax services to many clients as well as financial analysis and planning. Ed has developed long standing client relationships over this time.
He has also been a licensed real estate broker for over 50 years. In addition, Ed has owned several small businesses including commercial and residential rental properties over the years.

Ed is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and Northeastern University with degrees in engineering and business administration.
​
He is presently a Town of Dartmouth meeting member and a member of the Board of Directors for the Dartmouth Council on Aging.
